摘要:Recently,a new diagonostic technique has developed named AMOS PCR, the abbreviation of Abortus,Melitnesis,Ovis and Suis-PCR.This method can diagnose four brucella biotypes. In this test,we use the method to diagnose some vaccine strains of brucella used in China, and at the same time , sequence and anlysis genes in the test.The result suggest that it is good for all the vaccine strains except for S19 in China.The sequence of each vaccine is special, and it could be a new way to diagonose brucella.

摘要:At present, most animal live vaccines use 5% sugar-skimmed milk as lyophilization protective with stable appearance, good dissolution and low price, but bad heat-resistibility. In the trial, different concentrations of trehalose in stead of 5% sugar-skimmed milk are used in preparing lyophilized NDV-La Sota vaccine as protective. The results indicate that protective effect of 2% trehalose is obviously superior to that of the 5% sugar skimmed milk and it proves to have a broad perspective for future use.
