摘要:According to the nucleotide sequences pseudorabies virus (PRV) and porcine parvoviruses (PPV) in Gen-Bank,two pairs of primers were designed and synthesized.A double PCR was developed based on the two primer pairs of primers which amplified the PRV virus-specific segment with the size 570bp and the PPV virus-specific segment with the size 748bp after the PCR conditions were optimized. The results indicated that the double PCR show a good foundation of sensitive and special assay for the clinical diagnosis and epidemiological research.

摘要:Tthe OIE whole milk iELISA and GB MRT were compared for the diagnosis of bovine brucellosis us-ing milk samples from different areas. In 526 samples,the whole milk iELISA detected 93 positives,the domestic MRT antigen detected 31 positives,and the Weybridge MRT antigen detected 44 positives (in 264). In addition to the detection of antibodies,bacterial isolation and milk DNA extraction were performed for 31 milk sampke in one area. 21 milk samples showed positive results with milk iELISA as well as DNDextraction,and are identical to each other. The domestic MRT antigen detected only 10 positives. The results showed that the whole milk iELISA was of high sensitivity and convenient operation,many outstanding advantages that the serological test lacks.
