摘要:Based on the identification of biochemical properties and serology of 88 strains of Avian E. coli isolated from farms in xinxiang,56 strains were infectious whose serotypes were O1,O2,O5, O35,O78,O111, respectively, in which O1,O2,O78,O111 were main serotypes. Emulsion inactive polyvaccines developed with the isolated 6 serotypes were inoculated to chickens. The results of safety, immunity tests showed that the vaccines had good safety and excellent immune protection.
