摘要:FAT, electron microscope, RT-PCR,and MIT were used to diagnose a street (rabies) virus strain from Wuji County Hebei province,which was named WJ07-1. Few variation of the major antigen sites were found after analysing the N gene and G gene sequences, homology of nucleotide of N gene with ZhejiangWz (H) was 99.0%; homology of nucleotide of G gene with JSL27 was 99.4%. Adaptability and infectivity on cells were found weak af- ter tissue culture,More subcultures are needed for it to adapt N2a cells and BHK-21 cells.
