摘要:To construct the recombinant goatpox virus transfer vector PtkPgpt-egfpPpprv-H, the PPRV-H gene was inserted into the downstream of promoter 7.5 of GPV vector PtkPgpt-egfpP.The recombinant virus was generated by transfection of PtkPgpt-egfpPpprv-H into LT cell that had been infected with goatpox virus vaccine stmin.Rcombinant virus was successfully obtanined and identified by PCR.The study provided foundation for further study of immunogenicity of the recombinant goatpox.

摘要:Two Newcastle disease virus isolates were got from dead pigeons in 2008.The virulence of the isolates were identified based on the MDT, ICPI and IVPI. The genes of fusion protein were sequenced.The amino acid sequence between 112 to 117 were l12R (K)RQKR Fll7.The restriction enzyme cleavage site mapping of the fusion protein gene between nucleotides 334 and 1682 and by sequence analysis between nucleotides 47 and 420.Both methods revealed the two isolates belong to genotype Vile.The characters of the isolates were as same as other isolates of this genotype from geese and chickens in recent years.It was shown that the virulence and genotype of the Newcastle disease virus from pigeons had changed.

摘要:Eleven bacterial strains named M1-Mll were isolated from the cultured swellfish with dermahemia in abdominal. pinna and truncal region.The strains M2,M3-M6 and M10 were proved to be pathogen by muscle injection.By meens of morphological observation, physiological and biochemical characteristic analysis and PCR detection, They were identified as Vibrio fluvialis.The results of sensitivity test with 15 antibacterial agents showed that they were sensitive to Chloramphenicol, Ciprofloxacin and Norfloxacin.

摘要:Two swine farms were immunized with swine inactivated foot-and-mouth disease vaccine (type O),for swine, produced by China Agricultural Vet. Bio. Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.The immunological effect in one farm was not satisfactory bacause of the high maternal antibody.The proportions of positive antibody in the other farm were 90% in 36 d and 51 d after immunization;Another two dairy farms were immunized with inactivated foot-and-mouth disease (type O and Asia I) bivalent vaccine for cattle,produced by China Agricultural Vet. Bio. Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.The antibody level of type O was significantly higher than the antibody level of tvoe Asia I.

摘要:In order to construct Equine Disease-free Zone, aiming at the successfully progressing of the horse racing in the Guangzhou Asian Games, in Conghua, Guangzhou, the avian and mammalian vectors having potential threat to the health of the race horses in the area around the racetrack located in Conghua of Guangzhou were investigated during 2009---2010.The main species are birds,bats and wild boars.These species potentially carry harmful pathogens.The animals investigated in this survey contained 358 birds from 60 species,365 bats from 14 species and 16 wild boars. Blood,fecal, and throat swabs were collected to screen the viruses. 6 equine diseases including Japanese encephalifis,Surra, Vesicular Stomatitis,Nipah virus disease,West Nile fever, and Hendra virus disease were detected.The results were all negative. The work provided technical support to the conslruction of Equine Disease-free Zone in Conghua, Guangzhou.

摘要:From 2009 to 2010, 10 193 serum samples were collected from layers,broilers and waterfowls in different areas of Xinjiang, and 1 620 poultry serum samples were collected in live markets in Xinjiang. The Avian Influenza immune antibody were detected using hemagglutination inhibition (HI) test.The results indicated that the protective rate of H5 immune antibody in layers were 33.33%-100% and 0 titer rate were 33.33%-80.00%;H9 protective rate were 62.4%-100% and 0 titer rate were 20%-33%;the 1-I5 immune antibody in broilers were 0%-100% and the 0 titer rate in broilers were 7.69%-69.6% the protective rate of H5 immune antibody in waterfowls were 0%-100% and the 0 titer rate in duck flocks were 25%-33.33%. The AI H5 antibody which higher than 41og2 were 10.59%-83.57% and the AI H9 antibody which higher than 41og2 were 21.70%--67.14%.

摘要:In order to detect the Escherichia coli O157:H7 from animal derived foods in Xining city,the samples collected from 20 mutton,20 beef,20 pork,20 chicken, 10 pork and 20 eggs were cultured in mEC+ n broth, at 41℃ for 24 hours,and the enriched cultures were cultivated on TC-SMAC plates and MUG-LST at 37℃ for another 24 hours respectively. The suspicious bacterial growth on the plates were preliminarily identified by micro-biochemical reactions. The result showed that 1 strain of E.coli O157:H7 was detected from 110 samples.
